Platelet Rich Plasma
Our blood contains tiny colourless disc-shaped cell fragments called platelets, the components mainly responsible for blood clotting. Aconcentration of those cell fragments could be applied to promote growth hormones and activate the stem cells in the region.
When injected under the skin, fibroblasts are activated and the production of collagen and elastin is promoted, causing the skin to appear brighter and more vivid. PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, is prepared by drawing blood and centrifuging it in order to isolate Platelet-Rich Plasma. It takes about 15-20 minutes to obtain the PRP ready.
While many famous athletes use this formula for sprained knees and tendon injuries, it also has cosmetic uses, such as rejuvenating the face and treating hair loss. In fact, it is commonly during hair transplant operations to ensure faster hair growth. Because at ClinMedica, we do not mix PRP with any chemical substances, it is completely organic and therefore ha absolutely no side effects.
